However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we offer refunds or replacements.

Refund Policy - the basics
Freshness and Quality Issues:
We take great care in ensuring the freshness and quality of our flowers. If you receive flowers that are damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong flower type, color, or arrangement), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will gladly offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement: We will arrange for a replacement bouquet to be delivered as soon as possible, free of charge.

Refund: A full or partial refund may be issued depending on the extent of the issue.
Delivery Issues:

Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered on the scheduled date due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect address, driver error), we will either reschedule the delivery or issue a full refund.

Delivery to Incorrect Address: If the delivery was made to an address provided by you that was incorrect, we are not obligated to provide a refund or replacement. Please ensure you provide accurate delivery information at checkout. We can, however, attempt to retrieve the flowers and redeliver them to the correct address for an additional delivery fee.

Recipient Unavailability: If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, our delivery driver will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe place. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. If we are unable to reach you or the recipient within a reasonable timeframe, we may need to dispose of the flowers, and a refund will not be issued.
Cancellations:

Same-Day Orders: Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled.

Advance Orders: For orders placed for delivery on a future date, cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. A full refund will be issued for cancellations made within this timeframe. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date may be subject to a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the stage of preparation.
Add-on Products:
Refunds for add-on products (e.g., chocolates, vases, teddy bears) are only available if they are returned in their original, unopened condition.

Refund Processing:

Exclusions:
