Hey there, flower friends! Thanks for choosing Epic Flowers. We're thrilled to help you spread some floral joy across the Central Belt of Scotland! We want to make sure your blooms arrive perfectly, so here's the lowdown on how we handle shipping

We might update this Shipping Policy from time to time, so it's always a good idea to check back here every so often.

Shipping Policy - the basics

Where We Deliver Our Floral Magic:

We currently sprinkle floral happiness across the Central Belt of Scotland! This includes Livingston, Bathgate, Whitburn, Armadale, Fauldhouse, Shotts, West Calder, Broxburn, Uphall and surrounding areas. Not sure if we reach your special someone's doorstep? Just give us a shout before you order, and we'll be happy to confirm. We're always dreaming up ways to expand our delivery area, so stay tuned!

When Your Flowers Will Arrive:

  • Standard Delivery: We deliver our beautiful bouquets from Monday through Sunday, 7 from 7. Our delivery window is between 07:00AM and 19:00PM. You can choose your preferred delivery date and time when you check out, and we'll do our absolute best to make it happen. Keep in mind that sometimes things get a little busy (especially during flower-crazy seasons!), so we can't guarantee an exact delivery time. But we'll keep you updated!

  • Same-Day Delivery: Need those flowers there today? If you order before12:00 AM Local Time, we can usually make it happen! Just give us a call to double-check if same-day delivery is available in your area – sometimes it depends on how many other flower deliveries we have that day.

  • Holiday Hugs (and Deliveries): During holidays like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, things get super busy. To make sure your flowers arrive on time, we highly recommend ordering well in advance. We'll post any special holiday delivery info on our website, so keep an eye out!

The Cost of Sending Floral Love:

We keep things simple with our shipping costs! A flat fee of £6 applies to all deliveries within the cover area, regardless of the quantity of flowers or the total value of your order. So, whether you're sending one perfect rose or a whole bouquet of sunshine, the shipping cost stays the same.

How We Get Your Flowers There:

  • Order Confirmation: As soon as you place your order, you'll get a confirmation email with all the details.

  • Flower Power Prep: Our talented florists will carefully arrange your chosen blooms with lots of love.

  • On the Road Again: Our friendly delivery drivers will carefully transport your flowers to the lucky recipient.

  • Keeping in Touch: We usually don't contact the recipient beforehand unless you ask us to.

  • Delivery High-Five: We'll send you a confirmation email when the flowers have been delivered.

  • What if No One's Home? If no one's around when we try to deliver, our driver will try to find a safe spot to leave the flowers. If that's not possible, we'll get in touch with you to arrange another delivery time. If we can't reach you or the recipient after a reasonable amount of time, we might have to say goodbye to the flowers (sad face!), and there might be a redelivery fee.

Double-Check That Address!

Please, please, please double-check the delivery address you give us! We're not responsible for deliveries that go astray because of incorrect addresses. If we have to make a second trip because of a typo, there might be an extra delivery charge.

Sending Flowers Beyond the Central Belt:

We currently only deliver within the cover area. If you're outside this area, please contact us to discuss options.
